Default Check engine light 2001 Sienna

Here is the history of my CEL's: all the same mechanic 5/2007 60,000 had spark plugs replaced.
07/2007 CEL - P0174 - cleaned MAF sensor (63k miles)
11/2007 CEL - P1135 - B1S1 replaced - air fuel sensor. cleaned throttle body, also. recleaned MAF sensor
Yesterday - 69,000 miles CEL - P0420. had it checked at autozone.
Runs great. Last fill up I got 23 MPG mixed hwy/city. I drive conservatively.
I wonder what the deaL IS NOW W/ THE P0420. Any ideas? I am not impressed with the $600 in repairs over last 6 months. Now there's more issues. Thanks - Rob
