Default How to Replace Accessory Belt?

I have an 02' Sienna, and recently the accessory belt that runs the alternator and A/C has started to squeal when the A/C is engaged and the engine is cold. The van has almost a 100k miles on it and the belt feels dry, so I figure it's time for replacing. Does anybody have any instructions or insider knowledge I should know before tackling this job? Thanks in advance!
