Default 2008 Sienna CD Changer on 2004 Sienna

Hi guys,
I need some urgent help/ suggestions. I replaced my 2004 Factory single CD/Tape Combo Non-JBL head unit Toyota Part# 86120-AE011 with a '08 Factory 6 CD changer Non-JBL head unit Toyota Part# 86120-08210

The connections in the rear of both decks are exactly the same. After the install everything works flawless, however I lost Rear Seat Audio when I installed it. All I can see is that my RSA is getting power, it changes modes, tunes, controls the CD changer etc but does not have sound through IR headphones or Mini-Jacks at all. Has anyone else experience this? I see that there are some very creative people on this forum so I am hoping someone will come up with a solution. There is at least one more person who is also having this issue.
Your thoughts and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Hamid
