Seat install problem 2001 Sienna

I recently removed the rear passenger seat (it's the type that both slides and tumbles)

While re-installing it, the little spring loaded "arm" in the front right bottom (right near the attachment mehcanism) popped outward/downward (kind of looks like a little table leg now). It is is supposed to be tucked up toward the seat bottom, but something is blocking it when I try to push it back into place.

Any help appreciated.
