Default Sienna P1150 Code

Hey Everyone,

First time posting, great site and info...

I have an issue with my 00 Sienna v6 55k. car has a CEL of p1150 (bank 1 sensor 2) , I replaced both o2 sensors on bank 1 and 2 (on exhaust manifold & after the cat).

Mind you the CEL is still on, it was off for a few miles then came back on reading the same code of P1150. I previously replaced the exhaust donut coming off the down pipe, since then it has triggered the CEL. There are no more visible exhaust leaks and the car runs fine. I just cant seem to shake this p1150 code off. Should I get some fuel injection cleaner? check the gas cap (saw that on the forum somwhere)... Please let me know guys. Appreciate the insight.

Thanks,
Vic
