Default help!-code 1150/1155 fail inspection

I have a 2000 sienna has less than 57K on it, now failed NJ inspection because of the code 1150 and 1155. besides the "check engine light" is on, everything works fine.

Is it part of emission problem? Do I have to have a Certified Repair Facility(ERF) to fix that or I can just buy new oxygen censors and fixed it myself to pass the re-inspection?

rpt says:

oxygen Sensor : not ready
EGR systems: unused
secondary air injection: unused.
heated catalytic converters: unused

others ready.

overal readiness result: PAss

thx.

Looks like nothing was ready, meaning you disconnected your battery cable to clear your codes.Drive your car 10 - 20 miles, goto Autozone and have your real trouble read then come back and report it.
