volume control stopped working!

Hi everyone-

We have a 2008 Sienna XLE with the JBL sound system. We were traveling to FL from OH on Spring break and the volume control on the head unit stopped working. I can still use it to turn the system on and off, and the steering wheel controls still work. Anyone run into this before, or does anyone have a fix? I am hoping it has nothing to do with me tapping power for the dvd headrests that I installed. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Its usually the radio itself, the steering wheel controls that work tells me the amp is ok and the radio is probably the issue.
