2001 Sienna XLE Power Door Reinitialization

All,

My battery went out this summer. So I had a good opportunity to try the re-initialization. I followed most of those steps and it did not help my problem with the passenger-side door.

Now, I did not do the step where it says drive around a bit. All my steps were done while parked. AND I did not pull any fuses. (I was just going from memory and maybe the user manual?) I did not know about the driving and pulling fuses steps.

In your opinion, can my door be reset or is does it need to be repaired? Not trying to be dense, just afraid I need to repair the door.
