1999 SIenna Side Sliding Door TSB

A few years ago there was a post regarding a TSB about the 1999 Sienna Drivers side manual sliding door handle. The TSb called for an upgraded handle assembly for those vehicles having problems opening. If anyone has this can they post it here?
