Default 2000 Sienna Power window problem

Hi
Yesterday when I was driving I opened my drivers side power window. When I went to close it, it only went up halfway and took about another 5 minutes before it went up the rest of the way. Is this a fuse and if so, where do I find it?

Thanks!

Not a fuse, USUALLY when it takes a long time and it seems to struggle to go up or down, it is the window motor itself.
