Just bought one tonight.

We purchased an LE model with option package #6(DVD, Traction Control, Power Seat, Rims etc.),
floor mats, Auto-dim mirror & tinted windows(necessity in Arizona). Sticker was $31,500, we paid $25,200 after $2,000 rebate. Basically I paid invoice for it.
Your best bet is using
edmunds (dot) com if you haven't already. This will show you invoice prices and you can request quotes from dealers in your area. This will put you in touch with Fleet/Internet sales. Often there is no negotiating, it's just invoice pricing.
In my area loaded 2006's are getting rare with the '07 either on the lot or coming next week. There were only 4 LE 7 passenger model with package #6 in the state. So depending what your looking for, and how many they have left on the lot, you may not want to wait a couple of weeks.
