No , not that I know of. The keyless entry does this for a reason. It is for protection. Someone couldnt be lurking on the passenger side of the vehicle to jump in the vehicle as soon as you unlock it, and then rob you , or rape your wife. Things are done for a reason. Another safety feature of vehicle is the mechanics of the power window switch, ever wonder that new vechiles you have to pull the switch up to roll the window up instead of just pushing the rocker switch to up? It because of small children, the cant stand on the door and accidently roll their neck up in the window.. Speaking of safety, try rolling your slide door windows down and then opening the door, notice the door wont open all the way? Thats another Toyota safety feature, try finding that on the MPV.

Yes, you can with a TOYOTA scan tool. It is in the customizable function of the wireless door lock ecu. IF.... you have AUTO A/C.
I think that is 1 of the parameters you need.
The best way to tell is take it to a dealer and have them hook up the scan tool to your exact vehicle and go thru the wireless customize list and see if they can change the UNLOCK/2OPER to "OFF"

see attachment

hope this helps

I know this is an old post, wonder if there's any more/new info?
I was able to change when the locks locked using my manual. They now lock at 12 MPH, rather when you shift into drive.

Sorry, thought that was obvious...this is a Sienna forum.

I did this to the Sienna and it was all in the manual!

Nope not obvious if you try to answer as many people as I do.
But in any case, what page. I haven't been able to find it yet.
Thanks for the help.

There are actually 4 options listed in the manual for my '04 SIENNA.
On page 24 - section 1-2 it goes thru the details on how to program which way you'd like the locks to function.

This may be a violation...but the Sienna Forums has way more info: Power locks do not open when going into park - SiennaClub.org Forums

OK...I did a scan on my challenged all-in-one unit. Sorry about the quality! I also had another JPEG from a guy on the TundraSolutions forum. Hope one of these will help? I can try e-mailing a larger file too? I did it, so it can't be that hard!
Also, I've heard some talk about once the battery is disconnected it goes back to default. I replaced my battery in my '04 Sienna this fall and that didn't happen. I have the locks set to lock at 12 MPH and it stayed that way.
