DIY front dash removel under sound system/radio 2006 Sienna XLE

I want to remove the dash cover below the radio console, is there a DIY step available to get this done?

This is waht I'm really trying to accomplish, I want to check if the wiring harness contains heater swith connectors to hook to the heater switch.

My XLE came with leather non-heated. I got a pair of heated OEM leather heated to put it in. I want to put the two heater switch as in stock. But before I do this I need to know if the wiring harness under the front dash contain the connector for the two front heater switch.

if the 06 is like my 01 you just pry the trim panel surrounding the stereo off with your fingers and the switches come with it, I think the heated seat switches have connectors that are ivory for the passenger and grey for the driver, I can't remember for certain, the 06 may be completely different though.
