2005/2006 Sienna XLE limited purchase questions

I'm contemplating buying either a 2005/2006 Sienna XLE limited and was wondering what the good parts and the bad parts or ownership are....I have read enough car reviews to realize that either the vehicle is bad or really good. I guess what I am asking is mechanically what should I look out for. Also I know the vehicle comes with the run flats...can you mount non runflats after they wear out and add a spare tire (i know it takes up space) Thanks
