Thinking of buying 2001 Sienna CE?

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2001 Toyota Sienna CE with 105000 KM. The dealer will install 4 new tires and tint the side/back windows for my kids. They are asking $13,898 CDN. As you can see I am in Canada, and my wife needs a vehicle to get back and forth to work and drive the kids around. Is this a good deal? I have no experience with Sienna's. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
