Default 2000 Sienna - Rear A/C fans kick on over rough road - front switch?

Hello, all -

Just subscribed today - finding the TSB for the "power sliding door refuses to close" problem will make my wife very happy

Her other main complaint - sometimes the rear A/C fans will kick into high gear from going over a bump in the road, no matter what the front switch is set to (rear control, low, etc - doesn 't matter).
Moving the rear control doesn't do anything, but switching the dash rear fan control back and forth a couple of times will usually turn them back off. This makes me assume it's in the front switch assembly. Anyone repaired/replaced one of these guys?

Thanks, and good to find you all
