The truck has 120,000 on it and runs like new. thinkin about getting some new shocks being that they look stock. Well lets see your T100. Remember were the older brother of the Tundra! The Tundra' s got their good looks form us.

Here's my '97 SR5. It has the sport buckets with center console. 113K miles. Still runs and drives like new. I wish my new Tacoma was built this well! Isn't this really the 1st generation Tundra? No offense Tundra guys!

I Like it!

Toyota's are really losing their looks these days in my opinion. I love the look of the T100. Always did!

I very rarely post on here but I thought you T-100 owners would get a kick out of my previous and current T-100s. The pic of the T-100 in the garage is my current project and has a Tundra V8 pushed back about 10 inches and has 20+ inches of wheel travel at all 4 corners.

Here's my previous 1993 T-100. I bought it new, and sold it in 2005 for a new Tundra. It had 114,000 miles on it, was garaged and ran like a top. It is the most bulletproof vehicle I ever owned. Man, I miss it. My Tundra is nice, but has more squeaks and rattles than my T-100. I got $5000.00 for it. Nice resale for a 12 year old truck.

Tjcracker - what did your track width end up being, I'm guessing over 92"? Did you build the upright with horizontal or vertical uniballs? How much travel did the arms end up swinging? I love the trucks stance, but like mine, needs a bigger bulge fender.

don't have a picture handy, but my dad purchased a 97 t-100 extended cab 2wd, from my great uncle about 2-3 years ago. It had less than 13,000 miles on it then, and I just recently drove it over the 20,000 mile mark last time a borrowed it.

It's a great truck, and if it had a little more power and substantially better brakes I'd have kept borrowing it for my towing duties, but it really didn't like the hills I drove it through while towing....

This is a 95- I drove it for 3 1/2 years and then wanted a tundra. So I went out and got an 03 AC sr5 4x4 and drove that for the last 2 years. Loved it but wanted more room-so I put up for sale with hopes of getting a 05 DC. Then I looked at that new 07. It meets my needs with towing and payload at a more reasonable rate than the 05. So I decided to go back to the trusty T for a year or so to save up some more for that 07. The wheels are of a 04 limited seq and I had them on the tundra. Now there on my T at 265-70-17 with no rubbing. Looks good just needs a little lift and some interior work. O yea and some power!!!

Isn't it ironic... I sold my Tundra to buy a T100. :)

They are very hard to find around here though.. most are ragged out.

Sold my 98 T100 4x4 for my 2000 Tundra TRD 4x4. I love the T's but i needed more room and power. Here's a pic of my T and my Tundra. As you can see i took the wheels off the T100 and put them on my Tundra but i lifted it and took off the 265's and went with 285's.

BRO! Your truck is sick... That is exactly what I want to do to my truck. Where did you get the fiberglass? Mine T-1Hundas looks just like that but is stock. I want to keep the 4x4 though. Is yours fully caged or does the cage stop right behind the drivers seat?

Nice job!

Here's my project T100 before and nearing completion! Goes to show you can polish a turd! Nothing has been painted. Only replaced the driver's door due to the severe rusting on the bottom. Notice the new chrome door badges? Part of my black beauty still lives!

I put this in the new member section but...some pics of my T. And I really can't believe there aren't any rattles in a truck this age. Really well built truck! My father-in-law's buddy has one that had the motor replaced at around 330K about 5 years ago, and apparantly continues driving it now! My father-in-laws 2WD has about 260K and runs like a champ. In the words of my father-in-law (A Toyota master tech btw), my T100 with 85K is probably the last truck I will ever need to buy:D

I am getting emotional just thinking of Ol' Blu. She served our family for 11 years and never failed its mission. I sold her three months to get my new DC. She is now serving a fellow firefighter who lives in the wilderness of SW Washington. 166K, beefed up rear leafs and K and N are the only mods. T-100 are great trucks and they are rare and in great demand.

Here's a few shots of my 97 T100 Utility Bed with a Tommy liftgate. Found it on ebay with a bad head gasket for $3500. Long story short: Found a used head and rebuilt it and really liked the truck. The wifey and I moved shortly after that and decided never to sell it (the liftgate is worth its weight in gold). Did some horsetrading with a friend who owns a Hotrod shop and had him paint it with some Dupont Chromabase paint (just the materials were $1000). In the back of the truck in the first picture is a hard sided carport that was part of the trade. He kept telling me it would have been $4500-5000 if I was a paying customer. Oh well, a deals a deal. Found some 20" KMC wheels at Americas Tire for $65 each on sale and here she is. I did adjust the torsion bars to lower the front a little.
Hope all is well,
John :D

Those are some nice T100's. I think Toyota should drop the Tundra nameplate and go back to T100. Although the theory I have is that they didn't want the T100 to be considered inferior when compared to the F150, C150 and Dodge Ram 150. Just a theory I have.
