I have a 2001 tundra and my tailgate got smashed in on it. I went out and bought a bare tailgate without any of the internals since no junkyard around here had a old tailgate. All of the internals on my tailgate were still good except for my handle is broke and the metal cover on the tailgate that lets you acces the inside of it is bent. I went to toyota to get those pieces but they were charging an arm and leg for them.

So i was wondering if there are any places or anyone I can get a new handle, aftermarket or stock, and that metal covering peice on the tailgate?
