I want to do both eventually but am undecided which CAI-live in CA and don't want to hassle with the smog crap, this has me looking at the TRD CAI just to avoid future trouble. I am leaning towards a flowmaster set up for the exhaust.

Is there any advantage in doing one before the other? I don't envision Santa getting me both!

I don't want to loud but want to be heard if that makes sense.......I do know sound is subjective but what is the hot set-ups you guys have going?

Thanks for any input, Ken.

well, if you do your research, you can probably get both for about 900.

Airrade intake $300, flow master duel cat back exhaust $350. Good rumble when driving, sounds like I'm at the track when I put my foot in it. Its a noticeable difference when they are combined with each other. The exhaust is two 40 style mufflers and a custom made duel pipes just out the corners of the back bumper. I called local muffler shops to accomplish this

Thanks Guys, I called the local muffler shop and was quoted $450 for a flow set-up from cats back, this is with the 50 series muffler. Not too bad! I'm pretty sure I'll get the TRD CAI-just for the 50 state emission rating.

Thanks again, Ken
