Does any body know if I have to install my low tire pressure valves in my new rims? I was not sure if they send a signal all the time to the ecu or just when they are low.

Yes they always transmit. There are plenty of wheels on the market now compatible with the new Tundra bolt pattern and TPMS.

I have a 08 corolla not a tundra. but thanks for the help
