i just bought the eclipse 5435 off of ebay and the guy just emailed me and said he is including the 4.1 dvd version? how new or old shall i say is that? thanks

I don't think that is correct. IIRC, the original version for the 5435 was 1.2. (it might have been 1.0) Version 1.4 was released in 2006, version 2.1 was released in 2007.

well, hopefully if he bought an updated one off of ebay, its at least 1.4. then i could stop harrassing you. lol
