This is a public service announcement:

When you receive your JBA 2010S headers, check to see if the O2 sensor will be located on the inboard side of the bank #2 (passenger) header. If it is, you will not have enough room to back the sensor out for replacement when the time comes. It will be too close to the engine block.

If you find the O2 sensor hole on the inboard side, take it to a shop that can do a O2 sensor bung weld relocated 90 degrees counter-clockwise (looking forward). This will relocate the sensor on the bottom of the header for easy access. Get a plug for the original bung hole from the shop too. This might cost $20 to have done, but will save you a lot of time and/or money down the road!

Also, use a Toyota exhaust manifold gasket instead of the JBA supplied gasket.

If JBA makes these headers for this truck, why dont they correct the flaw in the design???
