Does anyone know how to disable the ESN feature on the Eclipse unit if you don't have the cd?
| core64 04-23-2008, 05:09 PM If you are already using the esn feature, and dont have the disc, you have 2 options. 1) If you know the what the title of the cd is, buy a new copy of the disc (all cd's are stamped from a master and are identical), make sure its the same cd, and not a different version or remake. 2) If you dont know what the cd is, you have to call Eclipse customer service. I tried to update my AVN 5435 to 2.2 but it locks up becasue of ESN........ They probably have a procedure to unlock the HU, not available to the public. If there is a procedure from eclipse, that they give you, please post for us.:thumb: | |
