This is my first post. I have searched for help for this but have not had much luck. I am trying to program my keyless entry and am not sure if I even have purchased the correct keyless FOB. The company that I purchased it from swears that it is correct but I am not having much luck. The FCC number is HYQ12BBX and I appears that I have the security system installed also. Can anyone point me out in the right direction. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

First you have to tell us if your TUNDRA is an Access Cab or a Double cab. The wiring is different on those two models.
Second you have to look at one of your existing remotes and see if the FCC number is the same as stated. If it is different, it won't work.
If you don't have any of the original remotes, you might pay a visit to a dealer and ask what the FCC number should be on your particular truck. With the VIN number they can tell you if you have the Toyota security option or not.

Okay thanks. I do have the Access Cab and do not have an existing remote. I have contacted the dealership to give them my VIN to determine if my remote is the correct one. I purchased it off of the internet and they told me that it was.

Ok good luck to you
If it is the correct remote for your truck the programming instructions should come along with the remote.
I do have the instructions for MY remote if you need them

Well the dealership confirmed that I have the correct remote and the instructions did come with it. I am still having difficulty though. I can get into the programming mode but after pressing the lock and unlock buttons simutaneously and then the lock button nothing happens. The truck does not do anything, no confirmation or two beeps to let me know it did not program. I am really frustrated and almost ready to just take it in and spend some money to get it programmed. Does anyone know if the actual keyless entry switch that was mounted has the FCC number on it? If it does where is it installed to determine if I have the right remote?

Hmmm
My instructions require to open and close the door so many times ...then wait 5 seconds......... then turn ignition On and OFF so many times..............
Not sure where the Toyota keyless entry system is ( I think it is built in the ECU )
Do not despair yet.
Make sure you try the programming instructions all over again by opening the door and go thru the steps carefully. If that fails make sure your new remote has good batteries in it.
If it all fails, you might have to go to the dealer and let him fix the situation. They probably won't want to mess with an aftermarket remote, but if you buy one from them, you might be able to sweet talk them into programming yours along ( if it is indeed the correct remote )
If they cannot or will not touch it, try to get your $$ back from the Internet place where you got yours.
