I have a 97 Avalon with 184K miles. Just recently the power steering pump or motor or whatever it is has become pretty loud. When you are parked and you turn the steering wheel just a little it starts "moaning" or whining. Is this a normal sign that it is going out? I have checked the fluid level and everything is good.
