So this time i've managed to spend a heck of a lot more time on the truck and paid a lot more attention to the body. These pics were taken today which was two days after the truck was finished. Total duration of work spanned three days. Started 10:30pm-2:??am first night. Hour half each day after.
1st day:
Wash down with Glare Auto Wash softened with 1oz ONR using two bucket method
Wheels and fender wells cleaned and scrubbed using P21s total auto wash
Total body microfiber wipedown
OID spray to take off extra dirt and debris as wind and rain were coming down hard that night
Meguairs quick clay to entire vehicle, windows, body, and rims
P21s Paintwork cleanser lotion applied by hand via LC applicator pad
2nd day:
OID spray to take off debris from night rain and wind
Glare microfinish compound applied via PC using LC white pad
P&S Full Throttle polish applied via PC using LC white pad. 1400rpm criss-cross strokes
OID total body wipedown to remove powdering from compounds
Glare advanced polish applied via PC using LC Black pad. Cure time 15mins
Glare auto polish applied via PC using LC black pad.
[B]3rd day:[\B]
OID spray wipedown to remove rain spots and debris from previous day
Einszett Glanz Wax 1st Gen. formula applied by hand. Cure time 10minutes
Here's the results. I couldn't snap photos of the befores as it was night time and my halogen lights I guess couldn't shine the swirls enough to catch on my camera. Plus I was :boreda:sleepa: dozing off on my stool staring at my wheels trying to finish the claying at around 2am as some of my neighbors were driving by thinking I was on crack or something.

Sorry the photos aren't the best of quality. We are having a storm come through and it was starting to drizzle as I took these photos. If we can catch some sunshine, i'll try to get some shots in but we'll see.
