well... some of you know me... This is the 3rd monthly meet that I've helped organize... special thanks to dbdolan (Brian) and TRDDunn (Jason) from IBTO to get kicked off and comitting to attendance.

anyways... I dont know if TS frowns upon this but just yesterday (Sat 21st_ had our 2nd official Meet at Bear Creek Park. only 3 of us showed up but as we all know... the key to a successful monthly meet is consistancy and repetition.



Jan's meet was in the Clear Lake area and had a NEW member drive in from San Marcos.. Feb's meet was NW Houston and March's meet will be on the East Side. the reason for this is to accommodate members who live all over. ... this can be done. I've love to get meets of 20-30-40-50 trucks like the SoCal crew does on occasion. we are Texans Damn it... WE CAN DO THIS!!!

Yes we are aware and are trying to get some other ideas. We could always have the meet there and who ever wants to see the races are welcome. We are open to other options.

I live about 5 miles from HRP and there is no way you could have a meet there that weekend. There will be WAYYYYYYY too many people. I dont think you could get all the Tundras to be in the same spot. Plus, the traffic is going to be rediculous.

If you want to do it in the Baytown area, San Jacinto Mall has huge parking lots and is easily accessible from I-10.

So where would the gathering be held at?

I'm intrested to see where this meet will be held at.:D

I'd really like to know a schedule of events... i know its not a HUGE deal, but Ive got alot of stuff going on that day and I want to try and squeeze the meet in my schedule. I have to eat lunch with some family, so I wanted to know what time everybody will be at the trucks so I can make plans on what time I will be able to meet them for lunch.

Are yall eating at 1230 then heading to the trucks afterward or what?
