My touch screen has started going bad, started about 1.5 years ago, just top right you had to get it perfect, now it is a large portion of the top right. I would say if you cut the screen into four sections it would be the whole top right section does not work. Anyone have this issue? Anyway to fix it? Called eclipse and they said you have to send it in, then click...they hung up on me!!!!

Also I believe this is the same as the 5435 unit.... correct?
