Maybe somebody can help me out....I had my 02 Tundra 4X4 re-geared with 4.56 gears. Now I am seeing oil leaking from my T-case (and now hearing a little popping noise coming from a stop, 1st gear).

Are the Front and Rear diffs in anyway related to my T-case? Meaning could a re-gear and fluid change in my diffs start a leek with my T-case?

I am almost positive the t-case was not leaking before the re-gear. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

When they did the re-gear they very likely damaged the t-case/shaft seals. Check for leaks where the shafts go into the case.

Thanks for the info, are the T-case shaft seals an easy job if they need replaced? Thanks.

Well I somehow fixed the "popping noise". I am still not sure what it was but I spayed degreaser all over the undercarriage of my truck and they rinsed it. Popping noise gone, hope it doesn't return:) I drained the t-case and refilled with Mobile 1 Synthetic. If it continues to leak I will talk to the mechanic that did the regear about them potentially damaging the t-case seal. I will post when I know more. Thanks.

Re-gearing the axles wouldn't have anything to do with the t-case seals leaking. Is it a front output or rear output shaft seal leaking? Either one is a breeze to replace.
