A comment like that is due to you not knowing;
1. About Amsoil lubricants, filtration and the Amsoil Oil Analyzers services.
2. Me and my experiences driving a Dodge Dakota 623,000 miles. Original engine. Original transmission.
3. My not mentioning my inability to cut and paste the rest of the oil analysis report.

How long was it in service?

What was the TBN?

There's no doubt in my mind this is probably the best long OCI oil you can buy, as i run it in my 07 tundra.

The PPM numbers come out here as a run-together mess and, I'm not going to take the time to sort it out. Pasted what the PDF report allowed.

I have no doubt the Eao filter is the best on the market. I'd be worried about the 25k intervals though, last I saw they no longer recommend these Eao filters for our Tundras because with that long a drain interval, the filters can seriously reduce flow. Keep it to 5-10k, you'd probably be better off.

What EAO are you using?

For your info; Amsoil just recomends you change their filter at normal intervals.

Myself, i wouldn't worry about it until you get an oil light on the dash. Or to be safe, you could just replace the EAO every 12500 miles.

But all the UOA i've seen on the 4.7 motor are excellent on any oil.

I went up a size. Don't remember the number but Amsoil now recommends the Mann Filter. Part: ML 1003.

They've dropped the EaO57 and the EaO10 from their part lists. I've still got one more though! I've been using them for two years now in conjunction with Amsoil's ASL 5w-30 without any problems. Typically go 6-8mo OTI. I use the SSO 0w-30 with EaO10 filters in the RAV4. Guess I'll have to change that one though...

Thread Pitch: UNF-2B
O-Ring O.D.: 2.98 in

Toyota recommended Relief Valve P.S.I.: 12-15

All of the Ea filters have the same stuff in their guts. But some are full flow and some are not. So don't buy one that's meant for a by-pass, as shatto said, when you need one for a full flow set up. Also, Amsoil won't recommend to you any size filter if you ask them what fits your vehicle. They're going to tell you to use what they recommend, which for Toyota is now the Mann filter line they offer. If you want to use an Ea oil filter for a Toyota, you have to do your homework and find which one will fit, then buy it from the drop-down menus on the Amsoil site (not the vehicle look-up guide).
