basetundra

After buying an 08 Tundra that has proved to be FAR less than perfect I decided to give Toyota one more chance. Now I'm very sorry that I did.
My wife's new Matrix has about 2500 km's and upon checking the oil tonight, it was down almost 1 1/2 liters. I honestly feel like throwing up. I thought the oil usage was addressed in '09. The dipstick is difficult to get a true reading on due to smearing, but I literally checked it 20 times (probably more) just to be sure. I still can't believe it.:sad3d: According to the manual this is considered "normal". I DON'T THINK SO !
Anybody else got a problem with oil usage in a 2010 1.8??
