I just purchased a 2004 Highlander. Slightly above and left of the shifter there is a tiny button. Anybody know what it is?

It's an override for the shift lock mechanism that won't let you shift out of park without the brake, or back into park, or something along those lines. I thought it was a little door, underneath there is a place to stick a key.
