I have resurfaced (polished) the headlights several times and after each time they glaze over sooner. Is after market assemblies reliable? The dealer wants $225 plus installation charges for each assembly. Any suggestions.

Most Lexus aftermarket lights are hit or miss; a lot of them have condensation problems.

I'd look for a set of discounted new OEM lights and then get clear bra material put over them before you put them on your RX. Or if you think your polish job is good enough and want a less expensive option, polish them and clear bra the ones you have.
