Anybody experience problems with the power moon/sun roof on the 2004 Sienna?

It is supposed to operate automatically if you hold the button down for a couple of seconds. What i'm experiencing is that it will operate if I hold the button down, but as soon as I release, it stops moving.

Also, the roof glass will not automatically stop in the closed position. If I hold the button down too long it will continue to reopen again. (If I tilt the glass up, I have to press the slide button to close. After reaching the closed position, the glass continues to move into the slide open position.
