I searched, but couldn't find anything. My E-brake only works when the engine is running. For instance, if you have the truck in neutral with the e-brake engaged, it will remain motionless. Shut off the engine, and it starts rolling, even with the E-brake engaged.
Anyone have any ideas?

Are the rear brakes in proper adjustment?
