I am trying to install a few led strip lights in the engine bay, but having the strips attached to the hood so it will light up the entire engine bay area. Unfortunately the adhesives that came on the backing of the strips don't have a strong enough bond and so I wanted to know if you knew of any adhesive products that can withstand the heat from the engine bay or if if you have any other ideas on attaching these lights to the bottom surface of the hood?

I'd try the same stuff I used in my LED Bed project.

This stuff can survive heat in the desert so it should survive under the hood.

Thanks SD, I'll give it a shot. Meanwhile, here's a pic of my setup, all I need is the right adhesive now.
