about to bite the bullet. going to order lift, wheels, tires. from what i have read it will fit(bumper liner thing mod, mudflaps, skid plate mod), just want some final conformation before i spend the money.

the truck is a 2007 DC 4x2 5.7L. lift will be the LRO 3/1. wheels 20x10 rockstars, -24 offset, 4.56 backspacing. tires either nitto trail grappler 35x12.5x20 or the terra grapplers in the same size.

i have seen plenty of 4x4s running this, but i cant recall any 4x2, hoping this will fit, really dont want to be stuck in 33s and not ready to bite the bullet on a big 6" lift just yet.

I don't see why not. But then again, I am no expert. :)

I remember someone posting a similar situation about the same wheel and lift combo. To sum it up, the shop he went to said that those wheel specs were meant for a 12" lift. He bought the Rockstars on ebay and was lucky enough to get the seller to exchange it for the right specs... so in this member's situation, it didn't work.
