I recently replaced my front pads on my 2005 Tundra since the old one's had worn down. I didn't remove the caliper, only took out the pins, pushed back the pistons, and placed in new pads.
Now my brake pedal seems spongy. I have no problems stopping, but it seems the pedal needs to go 1/2 way down before I feel anything catch.
I haven't yet tried to bleed the brakes but not sure how I could get air in the lines as nothing was ever really apart. I did need to remove some of the fluid from the reservoir.
Any idea's?
Thanks,
~ Steve
