Trying to find some OE alloy wheels for my son's 01 camry. He has the 5 lug, 15" steel wheels with the 4.5" bolt pattern.

When I search for wheels, I find something like 99-01, then 02-06, 07+ or something like that. What I don't understand is that the newer models are also 5 lug with a 4.5" bolt pattern.

Why would the newer model wheels not work on the 01 model if it's the same number of lugs and same bolt pattern?? :unsure3d::unsure3d:

The offsets even look the same.

Did some more work on this. I borrowed a 2010 SE camry with factory 17 x7, 5 spoke alloy wheels. I bolted the front onto my son's 01 camry and they worked perfectly. The center bore was even the same. The only change from 01 to 2010 was the tire diameter had increased by 3/4 of an inch or so. The tire/wheel still fit and from what I could tell, didn't rub anywhere, even with the wheel fully turned right and left. There should be NO issues with the correct size diameter tire. I took a couple pictures if anyone is interested.
