I have a 2003 tundra 4.7 2wd with about 84k in mileage. I want to tune up the motor. Just does not have the power she once had. What parts do I need to replace? I planned on changing all the coil packs and spark plugs. What else?

May as well do the timing belt and water pump since that is necessary at 90,000 miles. General DIY tune-up ideas:

Clean MAF and Throttle Body Tundra Fuel Economy: MAF Sensor and Throttle Body Cleaning (http://tundra-mpg.blogspot.com/2009/02/maf-sensor-and-throttle-body-cleaning.html) and Tundra Fuel Economy: Cleaning the MAF and Throttle Body (http://tundra-mpg.blogspot.com/2009/02/cleaning-maf-and-throttle-body.html) These two alone may restore your lost stock performance
Change fluids in rear differential http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forums/engine-and-drivetrain/125266-diy-differential-oil-drain-and-fill/
Transmission drain and fill. Read up on this by doing a search so that you understand exactly what needs to be done. Several members here highly recommend running some Auto Rx first to condition the seals and clean things up before doing a drain and fill or flush. A transmission shifting properly could help restore some stock performance.
Radiator flush and block back flush - eliminates "hot spots" due to clogging or restricted passageways and makes the engine more efficient.

Just a few ideas without going into the realm of aftermarket modifications.

Supercharger. You need a supercharger. That will restore your power losses.

All fluids/filters that you haven't replaced regularly need changing.
Plugs should be changed. Alternator belt should be changed.
The timing belt is a must.

Why the coil packs?
