My first choice for running boards for my 08 DCLB is OEM. They are too much cash for moi! Not OEM look-alikes. It amazes me that folks can't tell the difference. Some dealers are putting cheap aftermarket boards on new trucks and passing them off for much more than they are worth.

Anyway ... has anyone had or seen these boards:

Ionic running boards Model: Gladiator (identified by its trianglur black or chrome trip). Selling on ebay for 289 shipped from RBWarehouse.

OR.

USAutoGuru is selling something called Blade Series Running Boards on ebay as (USAG-BT-5114C) 215 plus $30 shipped. They are saying these boards are good for 500 lbs. They don't say whether that number is flex or bend however.


I'm a big fellow ... are these boards worth the low price? I would love the factory OEMs but the cheapest I've found is $434 without shipping.

They don't show up used to often either.
