After 90K miles on my 01 Tacoma PreRunner TRD, the original TRD Bilsteins needed to be replaced. I decided to go with the Edelbrock IAS shocks. After installing the Edelbrocks, I noticed a big improvement in the ride (smoother) and handling of my truck. I would recommend the Edelbrocks if you want an alternative to Bilsteins.

I have had good luck with Edelbrock shocks on a car I have, and was thinking of trying them on my 2000 Tundra. Over on the First Gen Tundra board, they pretty much had me rethinking my shock options. After your results, I just might go on and give them a try.
