I have been kicking around the idea of trying the Nitto Terra Grappler 325/65R R18's, but everybody has been saying they won't work without rubbing with just a 3/1 lift. I originally had General Grabber AT2 35"x12.5" R18's on the truck and they cleared everything without any problems. The only thing I had to do was push the small plastic liner on the front of the wheel well forward by about an inch, and that was it. I ended up having problems with the Generals and Discount Tire replaced them with the Nitto 325's. I was really worried they were going to get into the body mount, but they did NOT touch any where. No rubbing at all. They are very close to touching the body mount, but they clear. The lift I have on the truck is the Low Range Off-Road 3/1, and the wheels are Ultra Goliath 18x9 with a +35mm offset. If the wheels had any less offset than +35mm, the tires would get into the body mount big time. Here are a few pictures. Let me know what you think

Very nice! So if I put that tire on my wheels which are +18mm offset, they would rub? Your set-up looks awesome!

I was wondering if you notice a big change in mpg or speedometer being off?
Those tires do look awesome.

I like that they are not sticking out much past the truck. Tires hanging out is as attractive as a fat bellied girl in a short shirt and low rider jeans

I never really paid much attention to the mpg. The speedometer was about 5 mph slow compared to my GPS after changing to the larger tires. I installed the Hypertech speedometer calibrator to correct the incorrect speedometer reading.

Anyone know if those wheels and tires would work with the bilstein shocks and nothing in the back? Or do you need the 1 inch block in the back so those tires will clear?
Thats how I want my tires to look! But havent gotton level kit yet. I keep going back and forth between the leveling kit or the shocks?
thanks

Looks great...I picked up some used Ultra wheels as well...not sure what model they are, but look like black Goliaths. Same deal...18x9 +35 offset. Looking to do Terra Grapplers @ 295/70/18 and glad to know it won't rub...still stock suspension but adding 5100s up front soon.
Question: were you able to transfer the TPMS valves to the new wheels? I'm hoping I can do that...

+18 offset would rub real bad.
:sad3d: How and where do you suspect the rubbing to occur with +18's Im in the market for some methods, like jbkusa's but black and I want to get the falken wild peaks 325/65r18. I don't mind getting into cutting the body mount,"no prob" but will it clear the bumper/fender sill. Man that truck looks bad with that setup "scott_m"
thanks
Black TRD DC 2010 Bone stock so far.

Need some help, I'm looking at the Toyo AT II's 325/60R18 on Ultra Gauntlet wheels. I have a 2.5 inch Rough Country leveling kit on the front. Think there will be any issues with these?
