OK guys here is the situation. I have an 07 DC with factory chrome 20" alloys. They are currently wrapped in 275/65/20 Michilins that are due to be changed. The shocks need to be replaced so I am taking this opportunity to level the truck out with some blistiens 5100's (raising the front about 2" and keeping the back at the stock height - just want it more level). I did a search and looked through all the stickys but couldn't find my exact situation.... so, what size tire could I run to fill up the fender wells without rubbing issues? I will be keeping the factory wheels.

2nd question -- My toyota trucks from years prior needed a "lug centric" wheel/tire balancing...is that still the case with the newer model toyota trucks?

Thanks in Advance!!

You are not gonna get the wheel well really "filled" out without a good sized tire. its a balancing act. I run 325/65/18's and they dont really FILL it. You can get away with a decently large tire, maybe a 295/65/20 but you may have too trim a little. But go with an A/T tread NOT an M/T. I think it should fit but you may wanna test to be safe. The factory 20's are only 8" wide, so that limits your tire selection as well.

I have seen the goodyear duratrac 275 70 r20 on a 3/1 level kit. Looked good no rubbing but it is a very expensive tire.
