Ok I must not be able to follow directions..... Here's the problem , I 'm trying to install the new caliper and couldn't figure what to do with the metal brake lines. So I unscrewed them from the back of the caliper and capped off the line. Now I get the new calipers loaded with new pads and rotors all set up. I can't get the old brake line to screw into the caliper. I tried to take it of the spindle and broke the bolt that holds in on. Should I try new metal brake lines or should I try to tap the threads on the caliper???? IDK I'll try again tomorrow. Any how maybe the directions weren't clear enough for a blockhead like me:p

Ok I got it. Needed to step away overnight and figured it out this morning.

By the way autozone does not carry the pre-formed metal brake lines and don't use there caliper mounting bolts...wrong threading.
