here is the scenerio. my brother works at the toyota dealer, i told him here is my vin, order me the supercharger. he tells me i have to bring my truck in so they can scan it to see if my truck will be compatible for the supercharger. did you guys go through this? i told him im a 2008 non flex fuel 5.7., it doesn't get more compatible than that. just curious if this is the normal procedure.

You are not flex fuel so you are good to go. Sounds like they don't know what they are talking about
