Howdy folks,
First off, newb here. I've modded many of my cars, but changing my truck is completely foreign to me so I don't even know where to start. I sold my cars this year so the truck will be my primary transportation.
I'd like to level the front end, but still have the shocks be appropriate for the truck's winter plowing duties. I've seen plenty of leveling kits on Bilstein - KYB - Rancho - Monroe - Edelbrock Automotive Truck Shocks and Struts - Shockwarehouse.com (http://www.shockwarehouse.com/) (I like supporting forum sponsors) but I want to get the most appopriate shock for the truck given my conditions. Obviously during the winter the truck with the plow will still sit lower, but I'd like the front end when I take the plow off to sit even.
The plow is a 7ft half height composite blade, so it isn't very heavy. However, 4 years of driving it during the winter full time took it's toll on the shocks and the truck sits noticably lower than other tundras in the front.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Joe
