Has anyone installed OEM cruise on 08 tacoma?
I bought an 08 tacoma base model (I'm a cheap skate) but realized I needed intermittent wipers and cruise which didn't come on base.
After reading threads here I discovered I could just change switches and have the both. So I contacted my local wrecking yard (cheap skate) and located the steering colomn,,,only way the would sell me wiper switch and cruise.
Following directions on here I was able to replace both intermittent wiper, cruise control, new wire for cruise and leather steering wheel (bonus).
Intermittent wipers worked great...but when I push button on end of cruise control.....nothing!!!!
After removing air bag again checking all conections and still nothing????
Any suggestions????

BTW its a automatic?
