Has anyone tried running the OEM paper filter with the TRD S/C on the 07+ trucks?

Anyone dynoed it yet?

I know the paper filter filters a bit better than the provided TRD K&N type- I was just wondering if anyone was able to run on a dyno side by side to see if there's much if any power difference.

you can always upgrade with an amsoil type filter. its dry, but not a paper. decent flow and none of the lack of filtering properties of K&n

Did you notice any difference with the AFE filter?

Does it have better filtration than the TRD/K&N?

I can't really say I noticed anything performance wise. I went with the dry filter so I didn't have to worry about messing with cleaning/oiling the TRD filter in the future.
