does anyone know if there is any sort of locking mechanism the for rear manual slider on an 07+?

Situation is the truck was broken into a couple nights ago, the thief used an awl or something to punch through the left pane of glass, and hit the latch just right to slide my slider over from the outside.

im looking for some sort of lock mechanism for the latch.

Short of fabricating some sort of bar to stretch the distance between latch and window frame (like a patio door) im not sure what else to do.

any suggestions?

i wonder if it would be possible to run a bar straight down and put some sort of locking mechanism that ties into the metal piece that holds the seats up.
